Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Marrakech
Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you'll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Spend the rest of the day exploring the bustling souks and historic landmarks like Djemaa el-Fna square. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 02: Marrakech Sightseeing
Embark on a full-day guided tour of Marrakech. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and wander through the vibrant souks of the Medina. Visit the Majorelle Garden and learn about its history. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Marrakech.
Day 03: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart Marrakech and travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Stop at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, a fortified village with ancient kasbahs. Continue to Ouarzazate and visit the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
Day 04: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Travel from Ouarzazate to the stunning Dades Valley. Explore the dramatic landscapes, including the famous "Monkey Fingers" rock formations and the Dades Gorge. Overnight in the Dades Valley, enjoying the scenic beauty.
Day 05: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Erfoud
Depart the Dades Valley and head towards Todra Gorge. Enjoy a walk through this impressive canyon with towering cliffs. Continue to Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. Overnight in Erfoud.
Day 06: Erfoud – Merzouga
Travel from Erfoud to Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Check into your hotel and prepare for a camel trek into the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a sunset over the dunes and spend the night in a traditional desert camp, experiencing Berber hospitality under the stars.
Day 07: Merzouga Desert Excursion
Explore the Erg Chebbi dunes by camel, visit nomadic settlements, and enjoy traditional mint tea with Berber locals. Experience sandboarding and return to Merzouga for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 08: Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley - Midelt - Ifrane - Fes
Depart Merzouga and travel through Rissani, known for its bustling market. Continue your journey to Fes, passing through scenic landscapes. Arrive in Fes and check into your riad for an overnight stay.
Day 09: Fes Sightseeing
Enjoy a guided tour of Fes, exploring the ancient Medina, including the Bou Inania Madrasa, Al Attarine Madrasa, and the tanneries. Discover the souks and artisans' quarters, and marvel at the University of Al Quaraouiyine. Overnight in Fes.
Day 10: Fes - Volubilis – Chefchaouen
Travel to Chefchaouen, the picturesque blue city nestled in the Rif Mountains. Explore the charming Medina with its distinctive blue-washed buildings and narrow alleys. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and overnight in Chefchaouen.
Day 11: Chefchaouen – Tangier
Depart Chefchaouen for Tangier. Explore the city's rich history, including the Kasbah, the Medina, and the American Legation Museum. Overnight in Tangier.
Day 12: Tangier - Assila - Rabat - Casablanca
Depart Tangier in the morning and travel to the coastal town of Asilah, renowned for its charming whitewashed buildings and vibrant murals. After exploring this picturesque town, continue your journey south to Rabat, Morocco's capital. Visit key landmarks including the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace. From Rabat, proceed to Casablanca, Morocco’s economic hub. Arrive in Casablanca in the evening and enjoy an overnight stay, reflecting on your memorable Moroccan adventure.
